when your wife or girlfriend wakes up and is (obviously) not her normal, fabulous self (due to the monthly train wreck our brains and bodies endure)...
you may want to refrain from saying certain things.
for instance:
"baby, can i make one request?"
{not waiting for a response}
"can you not cut your hair anymore?"
{still not waiting for a response}
"not that i don't like it...i just like it better a little longer."
seriously. don't go there.
because really...
her head may hurt so bad she can't even see straight. her uterus feels like it's going to explode.
and all she really wants to do is run away, join the circus...
and take that left over chocolate cake with her.
