Melt in Your Mouth Chocolate Cake

not only is this cake delicious, but it is super easy...and you bake it in the crock pot!

{and, i LOVE my crock pot.}

i made it yesterday and my family loved it...

Rocky Road Chocolate Cake

1 package German chocolate cake mix

1 pkg chocolate instant pudding mix

3 large eggs - beaten

1 c. sour cream

1/3 c. butter - melted

1 tsp. vanilla

3 1/4 c. milk - divided

1 pkg. choc. cook and serve pudding mix

1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows

1 c. choc. chips

1. beat cake mix, next 5 ingred., 1 1/4 c. milk at med. speed for 2 min.

pour batter into a lightly greased 4 qt. slow cooker.

2. cook remaining 2 c. milk in a saucepan over med. heat - stirring often...3-5 minutes or just before bubbles appear. (do not boil.) remove from heat.

3. sprinkle cook and serve pudding mix over batter. slowly pour hot milk over pudding. cover and cook on low for 3 1/2 hours.

4. turn off crock pot. sprinkle with marshmallows and choc. chips. cover and let stand for 15 minutes or until marshmallows are melted. spoon into bowls with a scoop and vanilla ice cream..enjoy!

{you may also sprinkle pecans on top...if you so desire.}
