A Busy Kitchen

somehow i got roped into catering dessert for a (rather large) shindig mr. c is having this weekend...i mean...we're having. no big deal. just a few dozen pies, cookies, and fudge... aagghhh!!!

and in between baking, running to nutcracker rehearsal - karate - and back to nutcracker (we were there 'till 11:00 last night!!!) we decided to attempt a gingerbread house.

and quite an attempt it was! yikes!!!

and through it all, this little santa (as cute as he is) has decided to play the role of grinch.

after watching "how the grinch stole christmas" last night, he began "stealing" all of the ornaments off the trees and putting them in dozens of little plastic bags.

and, he's still at it this morning. wearing the santa hat and all!
